Grandparents Day On Sunday, September 12, the Meigs Avenue church family will honor the relationship between grandparents and grandchildren. All families are invited to hear the special message planned for that morning and join us for a potluck meal at noon. The Meigs Avenue Spring Gospel Meeting was held April 23- April 25, 2010 with guest speaker will be Stan Mitchel of Henderson, Tennessee. The Meigs Avenue Church of Christ held its Fall Gospel Meeting October 30 – November 1, 2009 with Jeff Keele, preacher for the Waverly Church of Christ in Waverly, TN.

Activities of our Congregation Kid's Day @ Meigs Avenue Kid's Day was held Sunday, March 14. The children learned "Why Should I believe in God?" Please check back regularly for information on our next Kid's Day. Recently, a Leadership Appreciation/Thanksgiving Dinner was held to honor our Elders, Deacon and Preacher. In years passed, our young people have participated in the Bible Bowl at FHU in Henderson, Tennessee.
